This is the best garlic press I have ever owned (and I have owned many!). It gets every bit of garlic from the clove and the only thing left is the skin which easily peels from the press. No more tedious cleaning! I recommend it to anyone who loves to cook with garlic.

Very good design for a Garlic peeling! Just in one crush peeling and chopping is done..how cool is that!! :) and yes, very sturdy grip for easy handling..good buy!

Saw "Buddy" on Cake Boss making something and using this press. I was impressed when I saw the garlic come through kinda like spaghetti rather than a smashed wad of garlic. The well is deep and holds several larger bulbs at one time.
CLEANING........... I use one of those "fingernail" type brushes and it works perfectly. The brushes get into the holes and gets through the presses fingers easily and without any problem. A toothpick also works for the press part too.
